Will region free games work on Australian PS3. I am after a few games that are yet on sale in Australia from America and am wondering if they will work on our systems? |

I have just received the PS3 game from the US at a cheap price of A$59.88 inc postage.
The game is MLB2K2 the game that will not be sold in oz.
Can I please say that the game is brilliant and its worth your hard earned cash. Not to mention almost 50 percent cheaper buying over the internet then at EB where games a major ripoff. |

Play Asia is quite good, I did order 2 games some time ago when on special, they didn't arrive in 2 months and the order was then canceled claiming they couldn't get stock (Tiger Woods and Fight Night)... Having said that they never charged my credit card so it wasn't too bad, and both required ordering as they weren't in-stock.
I have dealt with them in the past with no problems though. |

So I could order NCAA Basketball or ML Baseball, and they would work on my PS3? Is that true? |

Yes they will. Only Blu-Ray movies have region coding (on most discs) and the PS4 will only play R4 DVD's but all games are region free. |
